06 Data Sharing & Disclosure
704pub does not sell your personal data to any third party, ever. We share your data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
- Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven payment partners receive only the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
- Identity verification providers: KYC verification services receive your submitted ID documents and return a verification status. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

08 Data Retention
704pub retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law:
- Account data (identity, contact): Retained for the duration of the account and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA record-keeping obligations.

11 Children's Privacy
The 704pub platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on the 704pub platform under Philippine gambling law and PAGCOR regulations. If 704pub becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds returned via the original payment method to the extent possible, and the personal data deleted from our systems without further retention.
12 Security Measures
